NoMad

Why We Like It

Here’s a secret you’ll want to share — this subterranean speakeasy, a sibling to Apotheke in Chinatown, where the cocktails are brewed with an apothecary’s worth of herbs, spices, and dried flowers. Added perks at this location include a menu of shareable upscale bar food, and a penthouse lounge upstairs.

About Apotheke NoMad

Apotheke NoMad is the award-winning, world-renowned third location from the cocktail institution that has been a celebrated name in the New York and Los Angeles cocktail scene since 2008. Inspired by the history and rise of the apothecary in Europe as well as the artistic influence of absinthe dens in 19th century Paris, the NoMad location continues the tradition of elevating the cocktail experience. Mixing classic and modern culinary techniques with the power of botanicals and plants, Apotheke has pioneered the garden-to-glass movement, with an ambiance to match. The jaw-dropping, bi-level space infuses design elements that look to the future while calling to the past. Stunning stained glass, deep dark wood, and rich underlit marble adorns the cellar space, as well as the exclusive penthouse and heated, glass-enclosed convertible rooftop terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding NYC skyline. This is much more than a cocktail bar - this is a cocktail apothecary.
