Why We Like It

Because American Cut takes on the New York steakhouse genre to glitzy heights with a moody, seductive room that’s all art deco lamps and leather booths, embracing a 1920s decadence to match the cuts they serve: pastrami rib eye, herb roasted rack of lamb, porterhouse, and a Miyazaki Wagyu, alongside all the accoutrements you never thought you needed (onions simmered in Jack Daniels, anyone?).
