As a small restaurant with limited seating, we kindly ask for your understanding of the following policies.

To ensure we can welcome as many guests as possible, we set dining times at 1.5 hours for parties of 1 to 2, 2 hours for parties of 3 to 4, and 2.5 hours for parties of 5 to 6.

We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. After that, the table may be offered to other waiting guests.

28 nomad is a contemporary Asian restaurant in NoMad, shaped by the experience of two partners who grew up between cultures. Originally from Korea and China, and trained in New York’s fine dining scene, the restaurant brings together different influences into something that feels distinctly personal rather than defined by a single cuisine.

The menu is seasonal, drawing from a range of ingredients and techniques, and evolves throughout the year. The beverage program is centered around a focused wine list, alongside a concise selection of cocktails and beer.
