11 Tigers is a speakeasy to know should you be out drinking in the East Village. Not only for its yadong-infused cocktails (a reputed Thai herbal liqueur), but for its exciting izakaya menu, where the cuisines of Japan and Thailand collide to delicious effect — think tom yum ramen, drunken (udon) noodles, and the like.

The marriage of these two culinary cultures is reflected in our menu, which includes small plates like crying tiger gyoza and chashu rolls as well as larger dishes like 11 Tigers Tom Yum Ramen—The combination of Japanese ramen noodles with slow simmered Thai spicy sour tonkatsu will open your mind and awaken your senses. —and Kee Mao Tiger Udon, stir-fried with holy basil, garlic and chili. Topped with Crying Tiger Steak.

All of this is underscored by an extensive cocktail menu where the Thai sum yadong meets the Japanese izakaya with a healthy dash of American craft cocktail culture.
