Baru Bistro & Tapas opened in the heart of the Garden District of New Orleans introducing a taste of the Caribbean on the merchant street Magazine. With the desire to interpret the traditional cuisine of the Caribbean coast of Colombia and South America through fresh and local ingredients, Baru opened its doors as a tapas restaurant.
