Utilizing a 36 square-foot open fire hearth as well as a custom-built high-capacity smoker, the concept rests at the intersection of a dressed-down Steakhouse and Texas Hill Country barbecue culture. Expect the finest wood-fired premium cuts, such as cherrywood-fired large cuts of beef; a 33oz Tomahawk Ribeye for 2, and a 22oz Porterhouse with aji picante, alongside made-fresh-daily flour tortillas, but don't leave without sampling the selection of oak-smoked Texas brisket and wood-fired carne asada tacos for the table. Top all this off with a superb wine list and an extensive selection of tequila, bourbon, and whiskey.
