All tables are reserved for a specific amount of time. Parties of 2 are reserved for 1.5 hours, parties of 3 - 1 hour 45 minutes, parties of 4 or more - 2 hours.
We add a 17% service charge to support fair, living wages for our team and to help cover the overhead of operating a once-a-week pop-up. This charge is not a tip. Guests are welcome to leave an additional, optional tip for exceptional service.
