A new gastronomic space with Quim Gabarró Larios, Executive Chef; passionate about cooking, demanding, disciplined, and a true professional, he hails from the kitchens of "ABaC," and will be at the helm of ALVIENTO restaurant. Our restaurant is located in an incredible space overlooking the sea in the port of Cartagena. A Mediterranean menu with fish, seafood, rice dishes, meats, sushi, and vegetables from our wonderful Murcian garden.
