Pangea was born in 1998, a restaurant that, against all odds, revolutionized the restaurant industry in Monterrey by offering contemporary haute cuisine, a catering service and a wine shop. Cuisine directed by Guillermo González Beristáin and his partners Eduardo Morali and Cristina Arechavala. The interplay between aroma, flavor, color and texture in each dish creates an unforgettable culinary experience. Its cuisine uses French techniques and is distinguished by its constant search for national and local ingredients.
