The name Petralunga is the surname of the creator of this concept and reflects a strong connection to Italian tradition. Our pizza is made using high-quality Italian flours and long fermentation doughs, resulting in a light, highly digestible pizza that is crisp, fragrant, and full of flavor. Alongside our Italian cuisine, Petralunga also offers excellent cocktails, supported by a full liquor license and a carefully curated selection designed to complement the waterfront dining experience.
