## Why We Like It

Little Havana is full of excellent restaurants, but there’s nothing quite like this inviting little tasting menu jewel. Palma, after all, is where Florida-born chef Juan Camilo Liscano (whose résumé includes stints at Momofuku Ko in New York and Ikoyi in London) works magic with local ingredients, transforming them with French technique and Latin American flavors.

## Need to Know

- 9 course tasting menu for $115. A la carte is now available as well.
- There is parking on the street, the lot has a few guest and restaurant spots available as well.
- Cancelling less than 8 hrs before your reservation time will trigger a cancellation fee of $85.00 per person.
- We cannot accommodate dairy free, vegan, soy free, or vegetarian menus at this time.
