Just upstairs from Le Jardinier, Joël Robuchon’s legend continues at this 10th location of the late chef’s groundbreaking restaurant, known for its immaculately prepared dishes of crispy langoustine with basil coulis and its foie gras torchon.

And then, of course, there’s his exceptionally silky pommes purée — never ever to be missed. Book a seat at the counter for an unobstructed view of the action from the open kitchen.

Located in the southeast corner of Miami Design District’s Paradise Plaza, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is located just behind Chanel, a few steps to the right of recently opened Balenciaga. If you have trouble finding us, there are digital directories throughout the Design District to assist you or you are always welcome to give us a call!
We kindly ask all of our guests to approach their wardrobe deliberately and with a sense of occasion. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry at management’s discretion. L'Atelier’s name refers to a craftsman’s workshop, emphasizing Chef Robuchon’s hallmark of elevating the simplest of dishes into something extraordinary using pristine ingredients, immaculate technique, and abundant creativity. The chef’s counter seating faces directly into the open kitchen, allowing for a dynamic interaction between the chefs and diners, and view into the creative process.
