## About Blanco Castelar

The restaurant is located at 163 Emilio Castelar Street, and Casa Domit is the home of Blanco Castelar. The California-style building was designed by architect Shafick Kaim between 1939 and 1940. The interior of the house has a classic yet distinctive style, with a terraced staircase, Solomonic columns, iron chandeliers, and ornamentation with a New Spanish influence. The quality and freshness of the ingredients, as well as the technique used to prepare the dishes, are the pillars of our cuisine.
