About Baelo Gastronómico
The Baelo restaurant in Torrelodones is known for serving the best Almadraba Red Tuna in all of Madrid. The Bluefin Tuna from the Baelo restaurant is brought every week from the traps of Zahara de los Atunes, Conil de la Frontera and Tarifa in Cádiz. Furthermore, every week we buy our rock fish at the Lonjas de Cádiz.
We also have the honor of being one of the Torrelodones Restaurants, the one that works with the best matured meat, offering different cuts such as: Wagyu/Simmental T-Bone, Heifer T-Bone, Old Cow Rib, Tataki Low Loin or Wagyu Sirloin /Simmental, and the Steaktartar made to order for the most exquisite palates.
