Need to Know
We accept limited reservations and welcome walk-ins at all times. We will hold your table for 15 mins of your reservation time. Street parking is available and a few parking spots in our lot towards the back.
Due to our limited capacity, the maximum time limit for a group of 1-2 is 1 hour and 15 minutes, groups of 3-5 is 1 hour and 30 minutes and a group of 6+ is 1 hr 45 mins. Please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

About Umami Ramen & Dumpling Bar
We renovated and transformed an 1880's house on 923 Williamson St. in Madison, WI into what is now Umami Ramen & Dumpling Bar. Opened in March of 2011, Umami Ramen & Dumpling Bar was Madison's first restaurant/bar to offer authentic Japanese ramen noodles and Chinese dumplings in a completely renovated 1880's historic house. Umami serves comfort food in a fun and vibrant environment. All of our ramen noodles and dumplings are fresh and made in-house!
