Our Chef's Tasting with Chef Craig at Blue Duck Deli is a 4-course customized Prix Fixe menu highlighting some of the Northeast's best farms. You will be seated kitchen-side at our 8 seat shared table, and can book however many seats you'd like. Please inform us of any allergies in your party so that we may customize your experience. The cost is 125/per person and does not include beverages or gratuity. Parking is available in our parking lot, or there is street parking available. Our Chef's Tasting is back this summer! Join us around our communal yet intimate Chef's table for a 4-course customized tasting! How does it work? We have 8 seats available nightly, book as many seats as you'd like, your reservation is confirmed when you receive an email from Resy. Inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements in your booking and you can email us if you would like to provide more specifics at blueduckdeli@gmail.com. Then come enjoy a 4 course dinner prepared by Chef Craig! Our menu changes weekly and highlights some of Vermont and the Northeast's best proteins and produce. We look forward to welcoming you!
