PARKING: Parking is tough as our neighborhood has gotten very popular over the years! Please leave ample time to find a spot. There is a garage in the AC hotel which you can access by driving south on Shelby St.
LARGE PARTIES: The largest party we accept reservations for is 6 people.
About Mayan Cafe
Mayan Cafe is a 19 year old, locally-owned restaurant located in Louisville's NuLu neighborhood. Our chef is Mayan Indian from Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula so our food originates from Mayan cooking traditions. Owners Bruce Ucán and Anne Shadle believe in local sourcing and running a sustainable restaurant in every sense, so all of the meats come from local farms and the bulk of the produce does as well.
