Why We Like It

It's a proper cocktail bar from the team behind Echo Park hits Donna's and Bar Flores. Two Republique alums are the architects of Vandell’s thrilling cocktail list, which focuses on drinks featuring vegetables or vintage spirits. A concise food menu includes crudos, salads, and of course, an outstanding cheeseburger (if you’ve been to sibling concept Lowboy, you’d expect nothing less). Book early and often to avoid waiting in the near-nightly line outside.

Need to Know

We save the vast majority of our bar seats and tables for walk-ins, with a very limited number of reservations available each night. If we’re full when you arrive, we’ll add you to our waitlist and text you as soon as a spot opens up.
