Sushi legend Morihiro “Mori” Onodera (the protégé of the famed sushi master Jiro Ono) showcases his expertise in this exciting 18-seat space on the border of Echo Park and Victor Heights. The $400 a head omakase service and menu of à la carte dishes never disappoint.

Why We Like It

Chef Morihiro's personal omakase begins at 6:30 pm nightly with only 6 seats available. An extensive omakase menu featuring the finest seasonal ingredients, transformed into exquisite nigiri, sashimi, and more. Each bite reflects his dedication to detail and the essence of Japanese cuisine. The omakase is $450 per person not including tax, gratuity, or drinks and generally lasts around 2.5 - 3 hours.

The remaining seats (5:30 pm/7 pm/8:30 pm) offer an a la carte format with classic nigiri and rolls served by the Morihiro team piece by piece. Cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks created by our bar director, Han Suk Cho, enhance the experience even further.
