Former aspiring surfer-turned-chef Craig Hopson flexes his French training in dishes like steak au poivre while also nodding to his Perth hometown in sides like electric fries with chicken salt (a favorite Aussie condiment). Need to Know

Plenty of parking in rear! Reservations recommended, but walk-ins are welcome at the bar. Well-behaved fur babies are welcome on the patio.
