Silver Lake’s Ceviche Project is a magnet for anyone looking for seasonal light bites and a glass of natural wine or sake. Made with impeccably fresh seafood and other ingredients, chef Octavio Olivas’ dishes often look more like works of art than simple ceviche, and that’s why you’re here.

Need to Know

There is a parking lot behind the ceviche bar and plenty of street parking.

We have a 90 minute dining time limit when busy. Due to our small size, popular menu items can sell out during service. We do not guarantee that we can accommodate table or bar seating preferences, though we do try.

About Ceviche Project

Ceviche Project is a Los Angeles neighborhood ceviche bar in Silverlake that opened in April of 2019 where cevicheros prepare bespoke ceviches, tostadas, and all manner of raw bar specialties, made-to-order and enjoyed alongside artisanal Mexican beer, a curated list of natural wine, sake cocktails, and the best michelada in town.

Dine inside our intimate, 28-seat ceviche bar or al fresco against the backdrop of our own vintage Cumbia and Calypso house soundtrack. We welcome you to join us Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. PT, or until we sell out of seafood, whichever comes first.
