Why We Like It

You don’t get to watch chef Evan Funke making pasta in his laboratorio from a perch on the rooftop, but the Beverly Hills palm trees and open air has its own vibe. The food menu is limited — an artichoke here, bigeye tuna there — with plenty of drinks to sip while, perhaps, you discuss strategy for getting a table in the dining room below.
