Why is it called Biniaran?
It all started with our charming little hotel in Menorca called Biniali.
In 1986 the opportunity arose to open a restaurant in the Aran Valley and we wanted the restaurant to carry a part of Menorca and thus the name of Biniaran arose. Bini means son of or possession of and Aran valley in Basque.
