Need to Know
We offer seasonal multi-course tasting menu, $250 per person. Due to the specially curated menu, certain dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated such vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free. Please note that we won't be able to accommodate the severe food allergy due to the variety of ingredients we handle. Dining time will be about 2 hours and we start serving all guests at the same time. Please call us when you are running late at 702-333-0343. After 24 hours cancellation policy or No show will result in cancellation fee of $150.00 per person. The cancellation policy will be enforced strictly. As for a large party of more than 6ppl, please give us a call to make a reservation. Thank you
About Sanga
Kaiseki Sanga serves traditional Japanese multi-course meal with modern flavor. Guests can enjoy our Chefs' artwork over the counters during the course. The menu changes often to reflect seasons and we source best ingredients available from Japan and rest of the world. We also offer Sake paring option to enhance the dining experience, selected by our Sake Sommelier.
