Free Parking is located in the back of the building in a parking garage exclusive to Mimosas, please call us if you have any questions.

We reserve 1.5 hours for parties under 5 guests and 2 hours for any parties of 6+, please help us in allowing everyone to enjoy their time with us here at Mimosas. Thank you!

## About Mimosas

Mimosas is an all-day dining & drinking destination located just outside of downtown in the fast-growing South Knox riverfront district.

Grab & Go or Sit & Stay for breakfast Monday-Friday from 7am-11am (no reservations required) in our café and extended late-night service Wednesday until 12AM and Thursday–Saturday until 2AM, Mimosas will appeal both to University of Tennessee students & South Knoxville locals seeking a high-energy, social gathering spot.
