Dining Information

Reservations are welcomed at Kefi but we also value our walk-ins and try to hold a number of tables to accommodate those spur of the moment guests. If we do not have a table available for your reservation, we encourage you to use the notify option via the Resy app. This gives us the ability to text you as tables become available. Finally, if we do not have a table available upon your arrival, we encourage you to enjoy our beautiful 22 seat round bar top that is prime seating around our 18 tap cocktail laboratory and extraordinary bartenders.

Due to the layout of the restaurant and size of the tables we cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 in the dining room. We do, however, have a cocktail lounge that’s perfect for group gatherings.

About Kefi

KEFI
YOUR TRUEST PASSION. THE ASPECT OF LIFE THAT GIVES YOU LIFE.

Kefi is a concept rooted in Greek which translates very roughly to "Profound Passion". This simple statement captures the essence of what we are trying to bring to Knoxville. Food and Drink is an integral piece of the ancient Mediterranean culture. Stroll the shores of Greece and you will will find tables filled with small, healthy plates each full of color, herbs, and taste. The food is cherished, but more importantly, it gathers us around the table with the ones we love. Kefi will bring this rich Mediterranean culture to the downtown streets of Knoxville.
