The Blue Lion is located in a charming historic house in Jackson, WY. The Blue Lion has been a Jackson Hole favorite pleasing discerning diners 7 days a week with everything from simply the best rack of lamb to fresh fish served with full-flavored sauces. Other house specialties include crab and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, elk tenderloin, and fresh Idaho rainbow trout.
