About Elvie's

Elvie's is an all day cafe located in the historic Belhaven neighborhood inspired by classic French cuisine and seasonal, sustainable ingredients. The kitchen team is led by James Beard Finalist for Best Chef South, Hunter Evans. Local Southern farmers help shape the menus that change with the seasons. Michelin Guide's 2025 guide to the American South awarded Elvie's a Bib Gourmand distinction.

The cocktail menu is curated, inspired by seasonal ingredients and classic cocktails. The wine program, guided by Brandi Carter, explores and celebrates natural wine made by small producers that has changed the landscape of wine in Mississippi.
