Why We Like It

The utter pleasure of a cold glass of wine with outstanding Gulf oysters is something of an art at Caet (pronounced just like "Kate"). But chef Derek Emerson also serves some of Jackson's most sought-after dishes, from a flame-kissed cauliflower saganaki to pan-seared gnudi with crawfish butter sauce.

Need to Know

CAET policies we would like to make you aware of before you arrive. We have a 15 minute grace period for reservations. We cannot seat incomplete parties; so all guests will need to be present before seating. There is a no-show fee of $25 per guest not present. All parties of 5 or more will be on one check with an added 20% gratuity. Additionally all parties of 8 or more will be on one check with an added 20% gratuity; credit card required for booking.

No balloons or other large decorations are permitted in the dining rooms (Does not apply to parties booked in our private rooms). Any glitter or confetti will result in an additional $50 charge added to the check. A small centerpiece is permitted when the table is being prepared. We have a cake fee on all cakes/cookies/cupcakes at $25 per party.
