This ornate sushi bar is where hand rolls with a twist (toro with jicama and fried leeks; foie gras with sour cherries) play the starring role. Before or after dinner, find your way to the hideaway speakeasy for a Thai chile ginger margarita or a rum-based Paper Crane.

We accept online reservations for parties of 4 or less. If you do not see a reservation available at the time you would like, just walk on in as we accept walk-ins! • To be seated for a reservation, all guests must be present. • No seats will be held beyond 15 minutes. • We will seat walk-ins on a first come, first serve, first complete party basis.

About Norigami

NORIGAMI first started as a bi-monthly pop-up at Hidden Omakase. Head Chef Jimmy Kieu mixes fresh ingredients with signature flavors from the dry aged fish that are well known among the HIDDEN GROUP. The establishment is designed to recreate the ambiance found in urban Tokyo. NORIGAMI features a speakeasy-style bar and an intimate dining area that seats 24 guests at a time.
