## About Cafe

Cafe consists of a lounge, main dining area, a private room and a terrace with mountain views. The show kitchens feature Hong Kong’s favourite steamed and wok fried dishes; sushi, sashimi and seafood on ice; freshly baked pizza and home made pastas; as well as prime meat and seafood grilled a-la-minute. No meal is complete without trying the freshly made desserts and baked pastries, with seasonal fruits and ice creams from the dessert kitchen.
