Restaurant Miranda, located in Granada's Fígares neighborhood, is a welcoming gastronomic space that opened its doors in early December 2024. Run by Ana, a native of Granada, and Eduardo, of Argentinian origin, the restaurant offers a Mediterranean-inspired culinary experience with Latin and Asian influences. Its tasting menu features dishes such as citrus Russian salad with kimchi mayonnaise and prawns, sea bass ceviche with yellow chili pepper tiger's milk, and duck magret with a honeyed butter, dashi, and yellow chili pepper sauce accompanied by wild rice. With capacity for just 20 diners at a time, Miranda Restaurant offers an intimate and personalized experience, served exclusively by its owners, who bring two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, both in Granada and internationally.
