### Why We Like It

If you’ve never been to this sleepy suburb near Pasadena, this handsome New American spot helmed by two pedigreed chefs (from Sona and Daniel), who also owned one of L.A.’s best butcher shops, is the reason to go. Nori waffles with uni, expectedly beautiful seafood and steaks, seasonal sides, and elegant desserts — Backbone’s a winner all around.

### Need to Know

Tables will be reserved for 1 hour and 30 minutes for parties of 2, and 2 hours for parties of 4. We thank you for your cooperation in honoring all the reservations for the evening. If we are able to accommodate for longer, we will do our absolute best to do so.

Corkage - $45 per bottle, not on our Wine List. 3 bottle max. Corkage is waived if a bottle is purchased from our List.

**WINE COLLECTOR WEDNESDAYS!** Corkage is waived on Wednesday Nights. Must not appear on our List. 3 Bottle Max.
