This Reno-born family-owned restaurant brings warm hospitality and fresh fare to downtown Nashville’s historic boat house building. For an early breakfast, there’s pastries rolling fresh out of the ovens and lemon ricotta pancakes from the griddle. For a leisurely lunch, the rotisserie drives premium sandwiches and fresh salads, and in the evenings on weekends, find European-inspired bistro bites for dinner.

Need to Know

Our host stand is located inside the main entrance, on the left. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reservation time, we will have to forfeit your table. Thank you for your understanding.

DINNER CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel up to 2 hours ahead of your reservation. Any cancellations after this time, or no-shows, will be charged $25 per guest.

Perenn is a neighborhood bakery, café, and all-day restaurant inspired by European hospitality. We make traditional viennoiserie pastries, naturally leavened breads, and a casual European menu centered around exceptional ingredients and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Join us daily from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM for breakfast and lunch, featuring favorites like our Turkish Eggs with Garlicky Yogurt and Aleppo Butter, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Stewed Blueberries, seasonal salads, sandwiches, and house-made pastries alongside specialty coffee.

Guests can enjoy full-service dining inside, or choose our patio counter service, where you’ll find the very same menu in a more casual setting.
