Located in historic downtown Fort Wayne on The Landing is owned & operated by Chef Matthew Nolot & his wife, Nicky. Tolon takes being local seriously. The first farm to table restaurant in Fort Wayne - we specialize in sourcing locally from our many purveyors available to us to provide guests a seasonal scratch kitchen experience.
Our bar program highlights locally distilled spirits & brewed beers. Our bar chefs put a twist on classics from our Smoked Sazerac & House Old Fashion to our signature cocktail - the June's Sidecar. (Make sure to ask your server for the story behind the June's Sidecar. It's a pull at the heart strings kind of story!)
