Black Lamb Chef Table is an intimate 30-seat, 12-course tasting experience. Reservations must be made and prepaid in advance; walk-ins cannot be accommodated. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes early, as dinner begins promptly and each course is served collectively. Please share any allergies or dietary needs when booking. Every request will be respected and thoughtfully accommodated to the best of our ability. Elevated casual attire is encouraged.

About Black Lamb Chef Table

Black Lamb Chef Table is an intimate, reservation-only dining experience led by Chef Thomas Mandzik in Corpus Christi. One table. Thirty guests. Twelve courses. The menu changes monthly, capturing the season through refined technique, bold flavor, and storytelling. Each dinner unfolds as a shared culinary journey, complemented by thoughtful wine pairings and craft cocktails. Seating is limited, and advance reservations are required.
