About UnHitched Brewing Co
We are a brewery and full service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating options. We brew rustic small batch beers using ingredients within 400 miles of the brewery. All of our beers are "Midwest beers". We have 16 taps with a retailer for to-go beers.
Our culinary program is seasonally driven. We offer a nice mix of fan favorites like our smashburger and neapolitan pizzas to weekly specials that change with the season.
We invite you to our space, an old bowling alley, where you will find the old lanes repurposed into the table and bar tops. Head on over to Louisville OHIO, not Kentucky!
