About Bar Moro

Bar Moro is a celebration of Iberian and Mediterranean food culture. Our aim is to create a dining experience that is both sophisticated and relaxed. Chef Ben Poremba and team created a menu highlighting the bounty of Spanish artisanal products and food traditions. Bar Moro is as much bar as restaurant, with impressive wine selections exclusively from Spain and Portugal, with a special emphasis on Sherry and vinos genorosos, vermut and aromatized wines.
