Settle in for a memorable evening at this Michelin-starred West Loop restaurant. The omakase menu reflects chef Sangtae Park’s same commitment to craft he wields at his other spots — Japanese izakaya TenGoku Aburiya and Korean steakhouse Bonyeon. Omakase Yume hosts two seatings per night with only eight seats available for each, so be sure to book in advance.

Welcome to Omakase Yume! Please arrive to your reservation early or on time. We only allow a grace period of 15 minutes after the seating time has begun. After that time, we cannot guarantee that we can serve all the dishes at Omakase Yume.

• A 20% service fee will automatically be applied to all checks.

About Omakase Yume

Intimate Omakase restaurant in Chicago’s West Loop serving traditional Edomae style sushi. Fixed 16 course menu focusing primarily on sushi and seafood which will change depending on the availability of the best product for the season. Diners will be served personally by Chef Sangtae himself at the sushi counter bar seating.

Diners have the option of selecting our wine & sake pairing during their dining experience. Please ask our host about the pairing for more info.
