Why We Like It

Brendan Sodikoff of Hogsalt bestows his magic on Gilt Bar, a temple to gastropub plates and free-flowing libations, within a moody setting that received a Michelin Bib no less.

Need to Know

Reservations are available up to 21 days in advance, with each new day becoming available at 9 AM.

We are an intimate restaurant and accept reservations for parties of 1-8 guests. We kindly ask that you do not make multiple reservations for your group. Seating for walk-in guests is available at the bar. We ask that all reservations be made true to size, including any children, so that we may plan accordingly. Please note that we do not have high chairs and are unable to accommodate strollers in the dining room.

Pending any private events, limited reservations for The Library are released weekly on Wednesdays for the following 7 days (Thursday through the next Wednesday). These reservations are labeled "Library". We always save room for walk-in guests.
