The latest project from Sujith Varghese, who brought Spice Palette Indian Cuisine to Mount Pleasant, Rivayat focuses on seafood prepared in the style of his hometown of Kerala on the southern coast of India. The kitchen’s use of deeply aromatic spices and tandoori cooking also extends to chicken, lamb, and vegetable options.
