You can trust Michael and Courtney Zentner with a European-inspired bistro. After a run of successful pop-ups around town (and launching private-dinner-party company The Drifter), the couple has dreamt up a delightful small plates restaurant featuring local seafood and produce prominently, all within a charming 1820s-era townhouse in Harleston Village.

Welcome to Merci, a tiny corner bistro nestled in the heart of Downtown Charleston in the Harleston Village neighborhood. Helmed by Chef Michael and Courtney Zentner, Merci is a European-inspired restaurant that offers a menu of seasonal plates highlighting local purveyors and Old World techniques in a cozy and convivial setting. Our frequently-updated menu includes small plates, entrees, and desserts along with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
