We will hold your table for 15 minutes before releasing it to our waitlist. If you are running late, please call us at 843-872-5500.

Reservations for outdoor dining are weather-contingent. We cannot guarantee indoor seating in the event of rain or thunderstorms, but will do our best to accommodate any necessary re-seatings. Our patio is fully shaded in the evenings but is uncovered. Please keep this in mind when booking your reservation.

About Edison

Upscale casual restaurant located on beautiful James Island in Charleston, SC; owned and operated by Chef Joel Lucas and his wife, Chelsea Lucas. Opened in April 2017, Edison features a unique, seasonal menu with a wide variety of carefully curated dishes, showcasing local ingredients and highlighting the wide variety of flavorful produce and seafood available in the Lowcountry. Edison offers local craft beers, and an extensive wine list. Outdoor dining is available on Edison's secluded patio; indoor seating is offered in Edison's tastefully decorated dining room. Free parking is available in Edison's private parking lot.
