Why We Like It

Spinning off from Kwei Fei, their well-loved Sichuan place on Maybank Highway, Tina Heath-Schuttenberg and David Schuttenberg have cooked up a lustrous tribute to Chinese takeout fare (think crab rangoon and General Tso’s chicken), real-deal specialties from Hong Kong, and “south of the Yangtze” dishes like XO clams and scallion oil noodles.

Beautiful South is a concept by the team that brought you Kwei Fei featuring American Style takeout Chinese Classics, Dim Sum; the foods from Guangdong, formerly known as Canton and South of the Yangtze. Expect re-imaged classics like General Tso's and Crab Rangoon alongside specialties like Whole Roasted Duck and Sesame Oil Noodles.
