## About Bramble Hill

Bramble Hill is a "pop-up" intimate restaurant and music venue in the Catskills, offering seasonal dinners and Sunday brunch in a quiet countryside setting.

We are currently taking reservations for Brunch dates: Easter Sunday April 5th & April 12th. We also have two dinner & live music events on April 11th & May 16th.

Bramble Hill operates as a "pop-up" restaurant, offering a thoughtfully paced, multi-course menu by Chef Deanna D’Angelo. The cooking is grounded in seasonality and technique, served in a candlelit setting that encourages lingering at the table and attentive hospitality.
