About Parm - Copley Place

Since the first Parm opened in New York City’s Little Italy in 2011, the MFG restaurant’s take on Italian-American soul food has reached iconic status. From the prized Chicken Parm to the homemade meatballs to the Rigatoni Carbone, the menu draws from the flavors that shaped chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi's culinary childhood memories.
