Why We Like It
Because Blood Bros. redefines barbecue in the most delicious ways. The menu changes often, and the team — brothers Robin and Terry Wong and pitmaster Quy Hoang — will surprise you with unexpected offerings. Expect things like brisket fried rice, smoked turkey bánh mì, or burnt ends with gochujang.
Need to Know
Some of y'all may already have heard about our word of mouth Thursday Night Happy "Nhau"-ers. This is where we play around with dishes that wouldn't necessarily fit onto our daily lunch menu. We've had a lot of fun in the last five years and have decided to open it to the public Wednesday through Saturday!
If you plan on joining us, please remember that this is a totally different menu from lunch. Do not expect to find lunch items on the "Nhau" Menu. This Happy "Nhau"-er Menu is DINE-IN ONLY. We will reopen the restaurant at 5pm, with the kitchen closing at 9pm.
