Spring’s ever-changing menu plays to the tune of the seasons, and chef Brian So shows no shortage of creativity. The restaurant beautifully extracts the flavors of the South using French techniques, and ties it all up with a genuinely warm environment that’ll have you coming again and again.

About Spring

Beginning August 4th, we will be open Tuesday through Saturday. Seating is limited.
Spring is a New American restaurant located in the Historic Marietta Square owned and operated by friends, Chef Brian So and Sommelier Daniel Crawford. We focus on serving seasonal, thoughtfully sourced dishes, as well as natural wines. We are dedicated to supporting and honoring the local farmers, artisans, and winemakers that have devoted their lives to their craft. We want our guests to leave knowing that our staff has taken pride in giving them a memorable experience.
