Chef Pat Pascarella celebrates his American Italian background with red checkered tablecloths and familiar favorites revered in the Northeast — think scarpariello, parm, picatta, and special appearances of alfredo and friends. The housemade pastas remind us of Pascarella’s expertise, but features like giant mozzarella sticks and the savory Nonna cocktail with ricotta-washed gin and tomato showcase his fun side.
