Why We Like It

Gunshow banishes menus in favor of dim sum-style carts, wheeling over experimental and tasty tapas from one table to another. Boisterous and interactive, it’s one of the most thrilling dining experiences in town.

Need to Know

We are a cashless business but do accept most major credit cards. Ask about our celebration package for special occasions. Due to the nature of our service, we are only able to seat complete parties and can only hold your reservation for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Parking is available behind the building in a lot with limited street parking as well.

About Gunshow

Chef Kevin Gillespie’s restaurant, Gunshow, offers a bold, interactive take on the traditional dining experience. Dishes are presented to diners at your table, by the person that prepared the dish and cocktails are prepared table side. Menus are hyper seasonal and hyper creative.

Along with an innovative dining experience, the restaurant’s design is also unique. An open seating concept incorporating the kitchen into the dining room.

The restaurant’s name is a tribute to his family. Growing up, Gillespie’s father worked seven days a week to provide a better life for his family.
